Anti-corrosion is a measure to alleviate or reasonably prevent corrosion or mold caused by the chemical and photo-catalytic effects of internal and external substances or by the metabolic activities of microorganisms. This technology is applicable to civil, general public buildings, and anti-corrosion construction applications. Metals are subject to a series of damages due to the chemical and photo-catalytic effects of surrounding substances.
When seamless steel pipes are used to transport general gases, anti-rust treatment should be carried out on the black thick steel plate air ducts and coated with anti-corrosion paint. For dust gases, anti-damage protective coatings can be sprayed. When the relative humidity of the surrounding environment air is relatively high, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments should be carried out on the surface of the air ducts. For the inner cavity of galvanized sheets transporting high-temperature and low-temperature gases, it is advisable to apply phosphating topcoats or other anti-corrosion coatings. When seamless steel pipes transport high-temperature gases or low-temperature gases, insulation (anti-cold) treatment should be carried out on the surface. The insulation of seamless steel pipes transporting high-temperature gases is mainly to prevent heat damage to the gas. It also prevents heat from being released into the room when transporting equipment temperature steam or high-temperature gases, causing the indoor temperature to rise, and prevents staff from being scalded by touching the air ducts.
In summer, due to the environmental temperature for transporting air being lower than the moisture content of the surrounding environment, condensation water often occurs on the surface. This increases the cooling load on the air ducts of centralized air conditioning systems. Condensed water droplets can also contaminate the ceiling, walls and floors of the decoration, so insulation and heat preservation measures need to be taken at these locations.
